Howdy, my name is Izza! 

I’m a mixed media artist that bounces between mediums and projects like a glass orb full of bouncy balls. Yet at the core of everything (sculpture, music, sewing, collage, woodworking etc etc) Illustration remains the constant. 

I love to find thru lines between various mediums, such as: sound design within animation, drawing on sculpture, or painting film photos I take.. because when it comes down to it, all creative mediums are part of the same whole and finding where they connect is how you can gain new perspectives and discover unique ideas. No matter where life takes me, I will be finding a creative way to look at the world and making something out of it. Right now, I’m cutting up skateboards with a jigsaw to create Artboards, learning to screenprint in my basement, pumping out tunes in ableton and as usual, drawing A LOT.
